Tools Pocket is designed around simple browser-based utility tools. The files and values you choose for the tools are processed in your own browser. You do not need an account, and we do not upload your selected tool files or tool inputs to our own server for processing.

Browser-based processing

File tools such as PDF Merge and Image Resizer run locally in your browser session. For normal tool use, your selected PDF files, images, text values, and calculation inputs stay on your device and are not sent to Tools Pocket for conversion, calculation, storage, or review.

No accounts or personal workspace

Tools Pocket does not provide user accounts, member login, cloud storage, or a personal file workspace. Because the tools are designed to work in the browser, we do not maintain a server-side copy of your selected tool files or generated results.

Sensitive information

Even with browser-based processing, avoid using any website with confidential legal, medical, financial, identity, workplace, or highly private information unless you are comfortable handling that information in your own browser session.

Analytics and advertising

Tools Pocket uses Google Analytics to understand page views, traffic sources, browser and device types, approximate region, and general page interactions. Depending on your region and consent choices, Google Analytics may use cookies or similar identifiers. We do not intentionally send the images, PDFs, lists, calculation values, or converted content you use inside a tool to Google Analytics.

Tools Pocket uses Google AdSense to display ads, measure ad performance, and prevent invalid traffic. Depending on applicable law and your consent choices, Google and its partners may use cookies, local storage, device information, approximate location, or ad interaction data to provide personalized or non-personalized advertising. Tool inputs remain separate from analytics and advertising services.

European consent choices

For applicable visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, Tools Pocket uses Google's consent management platform with consent, do not consent, and manage-options choices. Google Consent Mode adjusts analytics and advertising processing based on that choice. This European regulations message is not configured to add a consent prompt for visitors in other regions.

When European regulations apply and Google's consent interface is available on the current page, a “Privacy and cookie settings” button appears in the footer. Use it to reopen the choices and change or withdraw consent. You can also clear this site's cookies and site data in your browser or install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
